The leaves and flowers that grow from the rich plant can be spotted growing in your backyard. Sourced from North and South America this herb grows like a "weed" and is commonly referred to as such. Rich in vitamin A and C minerals, a powerful diuretic source and aids in urinary disorders. Great for flushing the body of toxic waste, without depleting the body of its natural minerals like potassium. Excellent for cleansing the blood, aiding in clearing eczema and acne.

Ingredients:

Natural dandelion leaf.

Preparation:

Bring 8oz of water to light simmer. Pour over 1-2 teaspoons of the catnip, cover and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten if it's your preference.
