Where do you all source your tea and herbs?

To maintain potency and ethics in our florals, roots, leaves and teas we source from farms, gardens and families in Jamacia, South America, China, Taiwan, Japan, India, and Sri Lanka as well South Africa.

How long before my tea goes bad?

To ensure the overall quality of your favorite blend, we craft them in small batches. Though tea and herbs do not necessarily go bad, they do dull in potency overtime. We recommend consuming blends at least 1 year from purchase date. This is to ensure you are getting the full flavor and benefits. Once the teas have been opened it is best to consume them within a few months. Be sure to keep the teas airtight, dry, and out of direct sunlight.

What is your shipping policy?

Due to an influx of orders during our launch week (March 22nd-March 29th, 2024) we kindly ask that you a lot us 7-10 business days to fulfill orders this week. After the launch week orders are fulfilled, we will resume our normal shipping time which is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. All orders placed on Fridays after 4pm will be shipped the following Tuesday, weekly. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 days after they leave our facility. Potent Portal is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. If your package is lost in transit we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Where do you all ship from?

We ship from Conyers, Georgia.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of sale for credit.  Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 7 days.  Any and all teas or blends must be returned, unused, in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.  Package the item carefully and include order number.

Do you all sell marijuana?

None of our blends contain marijuana.
