No. 31 CATNIP

Sourced throughout North America and relative to mint. Catnip is a very gentle herb and floral, known to soothe headaches, upset stomachs, skin irritants and even reduce fevers. This herb can also be smoked; it gives a mild sense of euphoria with no harmful effects. 

Ingredients:

Natural catnip leaf and flower.

Preparation:

Bring 8oz of water to a boil. Pour over 1-2 teaspoons of the catnip, cover and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten if it's your preference.
