No. 30 VITEX BERRY

The flavors of the vitex berry are peppery yet mint like. Widely known as the "woman's herb" due to its compounds affecting estrogen levels. Possible menstruation effects due to its hormonal regulation. If taken in large quantities or long-term this herb can cause headaches. Do not take while pregnant or nursing. Please consult your doctor before using. 

Ingredients:

Natural vitex berry.

Preparation:

Bring 8oz of water to a boil. Pour over 1-2 teaspoons of the vitex berry, cover and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten if it's your preference.
